Terms of Service.

By accessing or using mostfitlabs.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site itself; the clinical and pharmacy services described on the Site are governed by the separate terms of OLA Digital Health and its partner pharmacies, and you will be asked to agree to those terms separately at the time you submit a telehealth intake.

MostFit Labs sells access to a coordinated care navigation experience: a pre-screening intake, scheduling, support, and fulfillment tracking. We do not sell medications and we do not collect payment for medications. The line item MostFit Labs charges to your card is for navigation and coordination services. Any subsequent charge for a prescribed medication, when applicable, is billed by OLA Digital Health or the dispensing pharmacy, not by Most Fit Labs.

The content on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Statements about peptides, medications, or therapies described on this Site have not been evaluated by the FDA in the context of any specific patient and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. A medication is only appropriate for you if a licensed clinician evaluates you and decides it is, and they may decide otherwise. Do not start, stop, or change any medication based on what you read on this Site without consulting a licensed clinician.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information on every intake form and update it if it changes. Misrepresentation may result in your intake being declined, your account being terminated, and the cancellation of any pending orders. State residency restrictions apply; some products are not available in every state, and the eligible states for each product are listed on its detail page.

To submit an intake or place an order you create an account by verifying an email address with a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. We do not store passwords. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support; account deletion does not erase records that we are required to retain by law.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By placing an order you authorize MostFit Labs and Stripe to charge the card you provide. The portion of the charge attributable to navigation and coordination services is non-refundable once a clinician has reviewed your intake, except where prohibited by law. The portion attributable to a medication, if any, is governed by the dispensing pharmacy's refund policy. Subscription charges renew on the schedule you select; you may cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.

Some products require unbroken refrigeration. The pharmacy ships them in insulated mailers with frozen gel packs and tracked carriers. If the package arrives outside the temperature window or shows signs of tampering, photograph the gel pack, the vial, and the box and email support within 24 hours of delivery. The pharmacy will replace it at no additional charge.

Do not use the Site to attempt to obtain a medication for someone other than yourself, to resell or redistribute any product, or to impersonate another person. Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Site or any of its security measures.

The Site, including its design, copy, photography, 3D renderings, and code, is the property of MostFit Labs and its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any of it without written permission.

The Site is provided “as is.” MostFit Labs makes no warranties about the suitability of any specific medication for your condition; that determination is made by the licensed clinician evaluating you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MostFit Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our aggregate liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount you paid MostFit Labs (excluding amounts paid to the pharmacy or OLA Digital Health) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, except that either party may bring an action in small-claims court for individual claims that qualify.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL with a “Last updated” date. Material changes will be announced via email to your account email. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
